Where did you train?

Your route to Australia depends entirely on where you qualified. Select your country to see your exact pathway — and whether you skip the exams or take the full assessment.

The journey

Four stages, whatever your country.

The exams differ by where you trained. The shape of the journey doesn't.

1

Find your pathway

Confirm your route at self-check — fast track or full assessment — and know exactly what's ahead before you spend a penny.

2

Get your documents right

Certified copies that pass first time, the exact wording, and every certificate requested at the right moment — not too early.

3

Register with AHPRA

The self-check, the assessment, any exams, and the 90-day deadlines tracked so your application never closes on you.

4

Get job-ready

An Australian-format CV and interview prep for AU and NZ facilities, so you're ready the day your registration lands.

What's inside

Everything you unlock when you enrol.

Log in from anywhere and work through your country's pathway at your own pace. The resources update as the rules change.

Country-specific course

A full self-paced course mapped to your exact route — fast track or OBA — with every step in order.

Document templates

Certification wording, checklists and the exact paperwork AHPRA accepts — so nothing gets rejected.

Deadline tracker

The 90-day windows mapped and tracked, so your application never quietly closes on you.

Exam prep (OBA)

For OBA countries — NCLEX-RN and OSCE preparation, so you don't fail for reasons nobody warned you about.

English guidance

IELTS vs OET, the exact band scores AHPRA needs, and who's exempt — the mistake that costs most people.

Private community

Members-only community and monthly live Q&A — ask the questions that don't fit in a form.

Pricing

Clear pricing. No agency fees, ever.

Why trust this

I'm not a course marketer. I'm the recruiter at the other end.

I'm Chris Bailey. For thirteen years I've placed nurses and midwives into more than 150 hospitals and aged-care facilities across Australia and New Zealand, through IHR Group.

Most "migrate to Australia" services sell hope and vanish after the sale. I built The Nurse Pathway because I keep meeting brilliant nurses who gave up on the move over paperwork — not ability. The course teaches the exact pathway for your country. And because I work the placement side every day, I know what's waiting at the end of it.

— Chris Bailey, The Nurse Pathway

Nurses on the pathway

From every corner of the world.

"I'd been putting off Australia for two years because the paperwork terrified me. Having the exact order laid out changed everything."

"The English score requirement alone would have cost me a re-sit. Knowing 7 in every band before I booked saved me months."

"Straight answers from someone who actually places nurses, not another agent selling a dream. That's why I trusted it."

Questions

The things nurses ask first.

Do you guarantee a job?
No. The Nurse Pathway gets you registered and job-ready. The jobs are real — Australia is short tens of thousands of nurses — but they're earned, not bought. If you want placement help once registered, that's a separate service and it costs you nothing; the employer pays.
How do I know which pathway I'm on?
Select your country in the section above for your exact route. In short: nurses from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada (BC & Ontario) and Singapore usually skip the exams; nurses from India, Japan and most others complete the full OBA (NCLEX-RN and OSCE). Hong Kong is assessed case by case.
What do I actually get for the course fee?
A full self-paced course mapped to your country's route, document templates, a deadline tracker, exam and English guidance, and lifetime access with updates as the rules change. You log in and work through it at your own pace from anywhere.
Is the payment secure, and can I get a refund?
Payment runs through our course platform's secure checkout. There's a clear refund window shown at checkout — work through the first modules, and if it isn't clearer than anything else you've found, request a refund inside that window.
Are you affiliated with AHPRA?
No. We provide independent education and preparation. Eligibility and registration are decided by AHPRA alone. We just make the route clear and help you avoid the mistakes that cost people months.
